Her pursuit of legal mastery has seen her rise as a force to be reckoned with, consistently demonstrating her brilliance both academically and in practice.



Cynthia’s legal journey is rich with notable achievements. During her time as an intern at the prestigious Hon. Justice Innocent Umezulike Foundation in 2023, her remarkable professionalism and communication skills earned her the Best in Professionalism and Communication Award — a testament to her commitment to excellence. She has also made a lasting mark in the courtroom as an adept mooter and advocate. In the 2024 national rounds of the Client Counseling Competition, Cynthia showcased her exceptional ability to counsel and represent clients, securing the championship alongside her teammate. She went on to represent Nigeria on the international stage in Poland, an achievement that not only elevated her career but also positioned her as a proud ambassador of Nigeria’s legal talent.

Her accolades extend further. In 2024, Cynthia emerged as one of the victorious competitors in the African Moot Court Competition held in Kigali, Rwanda. Competing at such a prestigious level, she exhibited her extraordinary advocacy skills, eloquence, and mastery of legal principles, reaffirming her status as one of Africa's brightest young legal minds.

But Cynthia’s impact transcends competition halls. As the Law Clinic Leader at EBSU, she has spearheaded initiatives aimed at providing legal assistance to those in need, fostering access to justice, and mentoring her peers. Her selfless leadership is further demonstrated through her volunteer work with the Fievel Justice Initiative, where she tirelessly advocates for the underprivileged. Moreover, as the Solicitor-General of the EBSU Law Students Association, Cynthia has been instrumental in shaping the legal landscape within her university community, steering projects that leave an indelible impact on her colleagues and the broader legal fraternity.
